Overseas Buying Guide for Heavy Material Handling Equipment: Certification, Load Test & Supply Chain Risk

More and more overseas engineering and warehousing enterprises source lifting slings, electric flat trolleys and hydraulic crimping tools directly from Chinese manufacturers. However, many buyers encounter problems such as fake certificates, falsely marked load capacity, delayed delivery and missing after-sales service, resulting in project shutdown losses. When purchasing heavy lifting equipment, these core documents must be verified: CE certification for EU market, OSHA compliance for US market, destructive load test report, material certificate and permanent nameplate marking. For safety components like slings, shackles and hooks, low-cost white-label products without test reports are not recommended. Products should be matched with working conditions: G80 high-strength chain slings for high-temperature metallurgy; galvanized or stainless steel hardware for humid and seawater environments; flexible synthetic slings for painted precision workpieces. From the supply chain perspective, priority should be given to original manufacturers with in-house testing laboratories. As a professional source factory, JIN YANG HU is equipped with a complete testing laboratory and can provide full sets of certification documents. We support third-party testing, customized production and stable delivery cycles. With overseas service outlets, we help global customers avoid supply chain risks and procurement pitfalls.
